The initial bitterness made us salivate, making the taste experience even more striking. After the bitterness, a sweetness filled our mouths which then turned to a honey like taste and feel as we swallowed the tea liquor. This tea has a very complex, multi layered nature which keeps you guessing as the flavours evolve. The Lao Man Sang Sheng Puerh cake is
